Thanks for your interest. We offer high quality private accommodation in a quiet and secure setting with off-street parking in one of Auckland's most beautiful inner suburbs. The stand-alone Apartment offers wonderful ocean views across to Waiheke Island. All other rooms are part of the main house.
We are located less than 5 minutes walk from Auckland's Kohimarama beach and only a 10 minutes walk from the cafes and restaurants of Mission Bay and St Heliers. The CBD is an easy 15 minutes drive along the waterfront.
We welcome inquiries from single travelers to groups for one night stays or longer periods. For large groups, we are happy to
co-ordinate accommodation across multiple B&Bs in close vicinity.

"My family stayed at the Seaview Apartment January 2014 and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The place is brand new, very tastefully decorated (great shower!) and everything is sparkling clean. The setting is very private and the hosts attentive without ever being intrusive. Because it is well set back from the main road, it is very peaceful and quiet at night. Our LocationKohimarama is one of Auckland's Eastern inner city suburbs. We are close to the CBD, the cafes and restaurants of Mission Bay and the relaxed village atmosphere of St Heliers. Kohi cafes and restaurants are only 5 minutes walk down to the waterfront. Have a swim in the ocean at Kohi Beach or enjoy a walk along the waterfront with views of Rangitoto and Waiheke Island.
