Is breakfast included?

All rates are room-only. Please let us know if you would like to include continental breakfast for an additional charge.

Is Parking Available?

Yes, free off-street parking is included.

How Close is the BEach?

Kohimarama Beach is just 400 m—an easy 5‑minute walk—from the B&B. Mission Bay and St Heliers are a bit further, but both are within walking distance. You have three beaches to choose from.

What time is check-in and check-out?

Standard check-in is from 2PM, standard check-out by 10AM.

is wi-fi available?

Yes, high-speed Wi-Fi is available in all studios and is free of charge.

Are pets allowed?

Sorry, we do not allow pets on the property. However some of our partners are pet-friendly, so let us know what you are looking for and we will try to help.

is there public transport to the city Center?

Yes, the Tamaki Express bus goes along the waterfront straight to Britomart, the heart of the city. The bus stop is a 5-minute walk from the B&B. Bus tickets can be purchased by credit card on the bus. This is a convenient way to get to any event in town, particularly Spark Arena. ​

how do I get to the airport from the B&B? 

The airport is between 30 - 40 minutes by car, taxi, shuttle or rideshare. Public transport via bus and train is also available but will take a little longer.

how close is B&T stadium?

B&T Stadium on Kohimarama Road is a couple of minutes drive or an easy 10 minutes walk up the road. ​

How close is Kelly Tarlton's Aquarium?

Driving to Kelly Tarlton's along Tamaki Drive on the waterfront takes less than10 minutes. Go through Mission Bay and past Bastion Point. 

Are there any dining & Breakfast options nearby?

There are several cafes, bars and restaurants close by - in Kohimarama, Mission Bay and St. Heliers. For a waterfront breakfast, local favourite Kohi Cafe is just down the road.
