Let us know when your plans change. We'll try to be as flexible as possible and review every booking individually.

More than 4 weeks notice:
For cancellations with more than 4 weeks notice, the deposit or prepayment is refunded in full less NZD 50,- administration fee.* |
2-4 weeks notice:
For cancellations with 2-4 weeks notice, 30% of the deposit or 15% of the prepayment is charged.* |
1-2 weeks notice:
For cancellations with 1-2 weeks notice, the full deposit or 50% of the prepayment is charged.* |
Less than 1 week:
For cancellations with less than 1 week notice, the full stay is charged. The same applies to no-shows.* |
*Other cancellation terms may apply to special rates and peak periods. Free cancellation applies to 'free-cancellation rates' only.
Peak Periods
For peak periods, full or partial prepayment maybe required at time of booking. We will advise accordingly.
