Let us know when your plans change. We'll try to be as flexible as possible and review every booking individually.

More than 3 weeks notice: 
Deposit or prepayment is refunded in full less NZD 50,- administration fee.*

Less than 3 weeks notice: 
Deposit or prepayment is refunded less 30%.*

Less than 1 week notice or no-shows:
Deposit or prepayment is charged in full.*

*Other cancellation terms may apply to special rates and peak periods.

For peak periods, full or partial prepayment maybe required at time of booking. We will advise accordingly.
